We will know how to maximize your property value so you can receive top dollar for your home.
We will determine a price before it goes on the market. We will create a comparative market analysis (CMA) to review comparable homes nearby that are currently on the market, pending, or have recently sold. This will give you more information on what people are willing to pay for homes that are similar to yours, so you can set a competitive price.
We will market Your Home to Potential Buyers. Once you’ve determined a price, your home is ready to go on the market. We will install a “for sale” sign in your yard, deliver flyers, set up a lockbox (which other agents will use to tour your home with their clients), and put your home on the multiple listing service and other real estate search sites.
If you receive an offer, We will review each offer and help you negotiate terms to get the best deal. We’ll also guide you through all of the paperwork and steps that need to be completed in the closing process to officially hand over your keys to the new owner.

We will skillfully search the MLS database to find the best property within your budget.
We will assist you to secure a pre-approval letter from a bank or qualified mortgage lender. The pre-approval letter states that you have been approved for a mortgage loan from that particular lender. To qualify for pre-approval, the lender needs to see proof of income (W-2 and/or tax returns for the last two years, bank account statements, one month of check stubs to determine your buying power. Pre-approval letters are more reliable than pre-qualification letters, which can easily be printed from a Web site or secured over the phone [source: Geffner].
Once you have found a home that you like, We will be the point of contact for all price negotiations. We know how much other homes are selling for in the neighborhood and will fight for the fairest price. We will also arrange a title search to make sure that the seller has a legitimate right to sell the home.
Once both you and the seller enter into an agreement of sale, We will arrange for a professional home inspection to make sure there aren't any hidden problems with the foundation, plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical systems. Then We will walk the You through the closing process, preparing all of the documents to complete the transaction.
